I was sitting at a stop light at a very busy intersection and looked up and saw these shoes hanging from the wires....grabbed the camera sitting on the seat beside me. I wonder how they got there, who they belonged too...what is their story???

there was an article in our local paper stating this was a symbol that there was a drug dealer nearby. I've seen these several times hanging from power lines.
