Gramma Capponi’s Rose Cookies
12 eggs
12 Tablespoons of oil
12 Tablespoons of sugar
6 tsp of baking powder
vanilla
enough flour to make a nice dough..( this is exactly how my grandmother wrote the recipe but it is a rather soft dough ball you want to end up with..I add the flour a cup at a time)
Divide the dough ball into four pieces and roll each out onto a floured board to about ¼ in thick. Cut ¾ inch strips in your rolled out dough. Sprinkle generously with filling and roll each strip up in a rose shape and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 12 minutes.

Ground walnuts.
