Ah was sittin havin a late breakfast at Wendy's in Marion when the news of the first hit came through. Couldn't believe it. Then the second hit, then the the two collapses - it all seemed sooo unreal. It took a while fore it sunk in an ya realised that this was actually happenin.

God bless all who lost their lives an the heroes of 9/11.

I remember that day well. I was talking to our Company President who is from NYC when we heard. I remember him breaking down and me holding him trying to comfort him. The silence afterwards with all the airlines not running was something I will never forget. The candles being lit and set out on the front porches. The tears, the disbelief and the mourning that followed. I will never forget that day.

Yes, I remember. The news was shocking then, and still hard to believe now.
We were thinking alike today, PING:http://www.pbase.com/image/85433574
