A Story of Determination
This morning we found this couple on our pool cover in a puddle of water. We were going to clean the cover, so I scooped them up in a bucket and hauled them down over the hill to a little creek, So we started scrubbing and shop-vaccing the cover, and about an hour later, Bill yelled at me to look, and there came the toads/frogs, hopping toward the pool, the male still riding on the female. I could not believe they knew how to get back, and wanted to come back that badly. Unfortunately for them, there is not a lot of water left on the cover right now, so maybe they will move on.

Inhaled!
We went to dinner with friends at a favorite southwestern restaurant. The kitchen messed up my side orders and I didn't get them till the end of the meal. So to compensate us, I got an ice cream taco, complete with chocolate chips, whipped cream, and 4 spoons. It's not something I would normally indulge in, but hey, it was free, so we had to eat it!

In the Beginning?
So this looks like the Big Bang Theory in motion, but it's just cool shadows from a pierced tin light fixture.

Family Tree
While sitting in our car early last Sunday morning, we noticed this huge shadow on the side of our church building. The people there are like family to us, so this is a little symbolic to me.
