Nothing is more unexpected, or more beautiful, than Havasu Falls and it's surrounding Falls, cascades and creek. Nestled in the Havasupai Indian reservation along Havasu Creek within the Grand Canyon, it is a turquoise oasis in an otherwise harsh desert environment. There are five major waterfalls within a four mile area, and much of the creek between those falls is cloaked in multi-colored hues of green and blue, creating a feast for the senses. Enjoy!
Perfect timing on the color Dean. It was better than expected. The bounce light and the Mooney Falls below creek are probably my favorite series of images in this gallery. Glad that you made it back safely and great work as always!
