Following the reunion, the ‘Caps managed to continue playing in Nashville, Ft Campbell, Shelbyville, Columbia, Franklin, Murfreesboro and throughout the state until 1991. The band is pictured at The Brass Register in a publicity photo, from left to right Rick, Bobby, Al and Ray. Bobby passed away from a heart attack in 2002, and Al, Ray, and original member Ron Bass are reforming a group again, currently called The Rainy Day Blues, with Al’s son, Brad, on lead guitar.
