Four years after my first visit, I visited the island of Amorgos with my wife between 18 and 23 September 2006. This time I was better equipped - my SONY F717 instead of the P71 - and able to shoot with the obvious benefit of late September: significantly less people getting into my frames. The weather was also excellent, giving us the opportunity to enjoy the Big Blue of the Aegean Sea every day.

Amorgos retains its picturesque character, and an "off-season" visit is probably the best way to capture it in one's lens!
