These photos were taken on 7/21/04 and the regular Wednesday night track workout of the Montgomery County Road Runners Club at the Montgomery College track, Rockville, MD. *"Personal use" means for uses that don't include public display (unless credited), offering for sale (under any circumstances), or blackmail. Sending to your mother, your kids (to prove you're no wimp), or your spouse (to prove where you were and why you came home sweaty with beer on your breath Wednesday night) -- those are all OK.
