Sorry for such a lame excuse for a photo, but, I just couldn't resist. This is the kind of thing that gets otherwise sane photographers looking for cutsie license plates everywhere. Still, this one has so many possibilities. Lucky he got the car? Won the sweepstakes? Married the girl of his dreams? Or maybe he just had a good time Saturday night.
