I found a live rose this morning; guess it didn't freeze last night after all. It's supposed to be in the twenties tonight, so it's probably good I got my shot today. I played with it in Photoshop and decided to combine them in one image.

PS - Initial Image: Crop. Select rose (pretty easy in this case). Tweak color/saturation on the rose. Reduce brightness/contrast of background a little. Second Image: New layer. Punch brightness/contrast almost to limit. Blend with original image (screen). Reduce opacity to get desired effect. Third and fourth images: Various fiddling (i.e., I don't remember).
