I don't think this lady is a bag lady in the convention sense; she just an elderly lady who needed a bag (and cart) to carry whatever stuff she had. I saw her while out walking my pooch this morning.

PS - Minor crop, tonal adjustment (Contrast/Brightness), and USM. Hue/Saturation to colorize. Frame and sign.
