Cat and I have wanted to do this shot for a long time. This was our first attempt -- and the water was cold -- too cold. I only managed a couple of frames before Cat stood up and said "Not today" (or something to that effect). December probably isn't the best time to do this shot.

I think this and a few of the others I shot at the same time might make good "painterly" images, so I'm going to experiment with various effects and post-processing schemes to see what I can make of them.
