Returning Back To Sydney Australia
We returned back to Sydney Australia from Christchurch, New Zealand on Friday, January 16, 2009. We left Christchurch Airport at 7:00am and arrived in Sydney Australia at 7:30am.
After clearing Customs and Immigration we transferred to a hotel in the Circular Quay area and spent the afternoon enjoying the sights and sounds of Sydney including a visit to the Sydney Aquarium to see a Platypus, since we were unable to see one in the wild.
On the evening of January 17th we did a twilight Bridge Climb of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. It was a great experience that I would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Returning Home
On Sunday, January 18, 2009 we left Sydney Australia International Airport at 3:15pm on a flight to Los Angeles International Airport arriving at 9:48am on Sunday, January 18, 2009.
After clearing Customs and Immigration, we left Los Angeles International Airport at 12:45pm and arrived home at Washington Dulles at 8:35pm.
No trip to Sydney Australia would be complete without a picture of the iconic Sydney Opera House.
