This photo shows Lower Baker Dam from the upstream side.
The lake level had been lowered to perform maintenance on the tunnel that directs water to the powerhouse.
This view is rarely seen. The string of logs seen in this photo are a boom to keep boaters away from the fish rearing area.
The lake level was 50 to 60 feet lower than normal.
