Grill Roasted Chiles & Tomatoes for Salsa

Lost Creek, PA

My tomatoes and chile peppers are almost ready to peel.
After I peel them, I just add my spices, puree and add water to achieve the correct consistency.
There's nothing like homemade salsa!
