False Creek lies in the heart of city, and like a pulse, has indicated Vancouver’s growth into a world class city. Since 1978, I have been documenting its evolvement from industrial hub, to Expo’ 86, and to a residential area including the Olympic Village.
The present exhibition focuses on the 80’s where we see the disappearance of the old Cambie Bridge and the development of the area for Expo ’86. These photographs were exhibited at Jules-Verne Auditorium, Vancouver, March 1-12, 2010.
