Panama City 2012 Carnival in Cinta Costera was a huge 4 day celebration that began 4 days before Ash Wednesday. These are pictures of Day 3 (Monday afternoon) - what is probably the smallest day of celebration for the carnival, Nevertheless it was great fun with ultra loud music, water fights, dancing, floats with carnival queens and of course the traditional diablos which "play" around the carnival.
