The Snow Wanderers

Tatra Mountains, Poland

"In the bleak midwinter
Frosty wind made moan,
Earth stood hard as iron,
Water like a stone;
Snow had fallen, snow on snow,
Snow on snow,
In the bleak midwinter,
Long ago."

~A Christmas Carol, Christina Rossetti

I love this photograph, Dawid. I look at it and can hear the silence. Good stuff. ;) Willa

VOTE~~ dramatic mist in the mountains, but its the people in this scene that really helps make it.
glad you were there at the right moment to capture this :)

Breathtaking, epic photograph.
One of the best mountain landscape shots I've seen.
Spectacular!

Excellent! The fog, size comparitive and dark rocks in the distant makes this image very compelling. The negative space is put to good use! - Michael Soo

Hard to imagine more impressive and meaningful mountain photograph. It's no less than perfect.

Oh man, what a shot! The mountains in the background couldn't look any better, and those two hikers give perspective to the scene and add so much mood. Incredible. Vote.

swietny pejzaz, widze ze tez lubisz czarno biale zdjecia, super kompozycja in kontrast, ludzie na dole robia to zdjecie znacznie lepsze, bez nich byloby troche pusto.
Gory wygladaja bardzo groznie.
Wg mnie Twoje najlepsze zdjecie.
