These images were taken at NAS North Island,(San Diego) Ca. with the exception of the carrier USS Midway which is based at the San Diego Maritime Museum. Aircraft that will eventually be placed on the Midway are restored at the facility on North Island and then barged over to the Midway. Most recent was the RA-5 Vigilante, shown being worked on in this gallery.
