Seoul was the base for our trip but we spent only 1.5 days there. Not long but already enough to visit most of the tourist spots.

We visited the Gyeongbokgung and Deoksugung palace, Insa-dong and Myeong-dong shopping areas, as well as Namsan hill which gave a bird eye's view over the city.

Besides sightseeing, we also enjoyed the Korean food, both the traditional menu as well as our favourite BBQ.
