Just occasionally, traditional small scale cargo handling era jetties have been retained and/or
modified as part of the landscaping design. Fishing looks like a nice peaceful thing to be doing at
places like this. Although the harbour waters are infinitely cleaner than they were decades ago,
warning signs abound, concerning the possibilities of heavy metal compound contaminated fish. We
can clearly see some of the now abandoned and stripped container terminal which was formerly opposite.
