I am very fortunate to have Juanita with me again. She is great company and a keen walker. Part of
Norma would love to participate in this project but (by her own admission) she has has never been
an exercise enthusiast and these days her left leg gives her awful trouble. On occasions she finds
it difficult to get around much at all.

We are at last pulling away from the Penrith CBD. We have just moved through a more hopeful section
of town featuring new "warehouse style" retailing developments, supermarkets, the new huge police
station, motor vehicle servicing centres, medical centres, modern office buildings and such.
Perhaps there is hope for this part of the city after all. We are approaching the intersection where
the by pass roads re-join the highway route.
