Without walking all the way out to Robertson Point Light, we rounded the southern end of Cremorne
Point and proceeded north west along the shores of Shell Cove. Here, we saw lots of renovation and
modernisation. I guess these "go get'em" style people preferred the view towards the city skyline
where far off like minded, busy, busy people scurry about in mental trauma most days. I'd say that
on average, dwellings are worth a little more on this side, making it a prime location for
redevelopment. Sigh!
