OH269.jpg

This is a long shot of Taylor's Bay. Sometimes it is hard to believe we are in the centre of a
city where four million people live. Curiously, during World War II, Sydney Harbour was attacked
by two Japanese midget submarines. One was damaged but initially got away (later to be located with
the crew dead). The other sub was sunk and later raised - right here in Taylor's Bay.
