Tantalus

A still-life excercise; the tantalus was meant to keep the servants from having a nip. As you can see, we had to let the servants go a long time ago (besides, this bottle's empty).

We had a bottle of this at 100 years old for our daughter's wedding in 2008. It was very good (the wedding and the Madiera)!
