This car, made by the French company Citroën, was known as the "deux chevaux" (two horse). John and I owned one for a while in Los Angeles. You can read a lot about it (maybe too much, really) on Wikipedia:

There are still plenty of them in Argentina, but I get the feeling that they are seen, even here, as a bit odd.....
In this shot you see one sandwiched between the double-deck bus in which we are riding and a large truck. I would say the driver was crazy except I know that at least once we drove ours on the San Diego Freeway over the Santa Monica Mountains into the San Fernando Valley. At least we had three "Saints" to protect us.
