For me, this building says a lot about Montevideo because they kept three of the old facades and then squeezed a modern building between and on top of them, and in this case I don´t think they did a bad job....
I agree, because even though is modern is has some old style look, and I also like the colours. Milagros
PS in the ancient times those old buildings used to be blue, red and other colours
