I spent two weeks in India from February 28 to March 12, 2017 together with 3 Belgians, 2 Spanish and 2 Danish friends in order to explore parts of both Hemis National Park (NP), in the eastern Ladakh region of the state of Kashmir (from 27 Feb to 6 March 2017), and Bandhavgarh NP, in the Madhya Pradesh province (from 9 to 12 March 2017). Hemis NP is world famous place to observe the Snow Leopard (Panthera uncia) in the wild, while Bandhavgarh NP is another world famous location where to search for and photograph wild Bengal Tigers (Panthera tigris) in their natural forest habitat. |
