I finished the fibreglassing for the outer layers and applied a surface gel coat (epoxy & glass bubbles) in the early afternoon on a very warm day (as the shed I was using was heating up), and found that trapped air in the fibreglass formed bubbles in the surface. I later used a resin / glass bubble mix to fill these holes and then sanded the surface back.
