Backfocus problem

I have confirmed my backfocus problem with my 80-200 f2.8 ED-AF lens with the D70.

Several small samples, all showing that the focus is behind the centre of the frame (marked with green line)

The newer focus charts (forgot to add some EV - so shoot me) also show backfocus. I also did charts for all 5 focus points (not uploaded) - they all came in the same. The bokeh seems a little odd...

the D70 seems to suffer from focus problems. I have yet to get an image that has any part really in-focus. Has anyone discovered what the problem in if it can be solved with calibration?
