The Unicorn in Captivity (also known as The Unicorn Rests in a Garden) is a late Gothic/early
Renaissance tapestry woven between 1495 and 1505.
It is the final, seventh piece in the famous The Unicorn Tapestries series, depicting a white unicorn
tethered to a pomegranate tree inside a wooden fence against a millefleurs ("thousand flowers") background.
