To all to whom these presents shall come I Sarah BOYTE of the county of Wayne send greeting know ye that I the sid Sarah BOYTE for and in consideration of the natural Love and Affection which I have and bear unto my beloved Son Joseph Ballard BOYTE of the county of Wayne and for divers other good causes and considerations me hereunto moving have given and granted and by these presents do give and grant unto the said Joseph Ballard BOYTE all and singular my goods and chattels following here mention the goods to have hold and Enjoy all and singular the goods chattels and personal Estate aforesaid unto the said Joseph Ballard BOYTE his Exers. Admrs. & assigns forever and I the sid Sarah BOYTE all and singular the aforesaid goods chattels and premises to the said Joseph Ballard BOYTE his Execurs. Admrs. & assigns against all others whatsoever shall and will warrant and for ever defend by these presents in witness to wit One Mare 1 Horse colt 5 head of Cattle 1 Bed & furniture 1 Pot 1 Pan 1 Dish 2 Plates 1 Hackle 1 flax wheel 1 Ax. 1 Weeding hoe 1 Cutter 1 flook hoe 1 Chest 1 Pail 1 Diggin one keeler 1 Cann 2 Basons and all my whole & sole Estate for ever seald signed in presence of us
