Bored? Depressed? Just fill in the blank.
Once at lunch with friends, i noticed a man sitting by himself.. somewhat forlorn like this. He was dressed in a find suit, drinking a glass of red wine..despondant.. his nose was a bit red and his eyes looked a touch reamy. I was so taken with sadness I nearly burst into tears.. did his love leave him? had he never even found her?
My friends informed me that he was the local drunk lawyer. Sometimes the stories inside are so much more interesting. :D
