1# Homemade Fettuccine
3 Tbsps Pine Nuts - toasted in dry skillet
1/2 stick unsalted butter
1/2 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano - grated
Fresh ground pepper to taste
Toast pine nuts in a dry skillet. When the nuts are fragrant, transfer them to a bowl. Melt at least half a stick of butter in the empty skillet. Toss with cooked fettuccine, toasted nuts, some grated Parmigiano-Regiano, and pepper. Best with fresh pasta.
