I walked out the door this morning, and was surprised to see it was dark! Forgot all about the effect of daylight saving time on my 0600 work time. Anyway, I could see by the hues of color on the horizon it might be a pretty sunrise. I drove out a county road desperately looking for a good view of the impending sunrise.

I shot about 30 images, at various levels of exposure compensation, as I watched the sun rise. I wonder how many other people stopped to actually watch it come up this day?

Nothing spectacular, but I had some early morning fun. I felt like I had my old OM-2S. Even though I've only had the 8080 for a few days, I found my fingers dancing over the buttons. It feels like the Thompson in my hands! The 8080 performed very well, the difficult lighting situation notwithstanding. I did do some slight adjustment in Photoshop, including cropping and resizing, just to bring the images up to what I "remember" seeing.
