The sirloin was marinated with olive oil, fresh thyme, dry mustard, black pepper, balsamic vinegar and a touch of worcestershire--salt was added while grilling. The sauce consists of caramelized sweet onions, mushrooms, beef stock, dry sherry, dry mustard, heavy cream, fresh thyme, parsley & black pepper. The potatoes were oven roasted with fresh rosemary, thyme & garlic and then tossed with olive oil salt & pepper.
