Big Lake and Mount Tatlow. The mountain is sacred to Chilcotin natives, and I can see why.
The lake was just beginning to freeze in this early morning shot. A few flocks of Canada Geese and other waterfowl were on the lake but some of them flushed while I was setting up the camera.
Regarding the lake, it has some enormous Rainbow trout up to 15 pounds which feed on an abundance of freshwater shrimp.
