These are actual meals that I or my friends have been served since moving to Nicaragua. Some of my friends in the USA were worried that we would grow tried of rice and beans, well judge for yourself, but I think we are doing just fine. Hope you enjoy.

Carol and I, the only ones asking how much you gained and I know you gained weight!! As beautiful as these pictures, soooooooooo mean. I'm on a healthy diet and a lot of this type food not on my list. You drew me in with that hamburger!! If I had a wet noodle, i'd beat you with it!
