Homer is a 1981 Chevrolet Caprice Classic [55,000 original miles] originally owned by my Aunt Kat.
It is currently undergoing a three stage renovation to restore it to all its original splendor. Either you love this car, or you hate it! There is no gray area where it's concerned.
Upon completion Homer [named after an old Tupper Lake taxi driver] will have three uses:
1) To transport Ma to wherever she wishes to go.
2) To transport myself & some old farts to various Adirondack golf courses.
3) To transport 'Parrot Heads' to Jimmy Buffett concerts & Parrot Head gatherings.

(p.s. - usually all it takes is a ride in Homer to get people to fall in love with it. More Women than Men tend to like it right away)
