Always a fantastic hike, Whiteface and Passaconaway in the Sandwich Range was spectacular today. The clouds were amazing as we climbed the ledges and by the time we got to the summit it was totally socked in. Passaconaway and the Bowl were beautiful, yellow leaves still clinging to the trees next to Wonalancet Brook. Met a really nice couple and had a nice chat the 4 miles out... By the time we came out of the forest the sun was out and the parking lot was full, (not in a nice way) and we had a great day!
