We hiked Lion Head to visit the Alpine Garden but the flowers are a little late this year. The wind was crazy with 80 mph wind gusts so we were getting blown around after Lion Head and on the ridge to the Alpine Garden trail. Most people we met were turning around at this point but we decided to push to the summit! Haven't seen it that quiet at the top since we hiked it in the winter. Mt. Washington is always such an incredible experience! NH White Mountain happiness!
