I really wanted to get a hike in so decided on this 10 miler that hits 3, 4000 footers and covers 3261 ft of ascent elevation. It was a cloudy, drizzly day -- no views, very wet, but posting a few pics anyway to record the date of the hike. Spring conditions -- water crossings were fairly easy, snow was wet and slippery, I switched to snowshoes after the second crossing and had much better traction than just spikes. Total hike took me almost 7 hrs with the rough conditions. I forgot how rugged that section on the AZ trail is coming down to Crawford Notch after Mount Tom!
