This was one of the most exciting and beautiful hikes I've done in a while! Went up the Beaver Brook trail which climbs steeply next to the Beaver Brook cascades -- a series of waterfalls over about a mile of hiking. It had rained recently changing drought conditions to surging water and I've never seen it like that on this trail. This was not my first visit to this trail, in fact I think I've hiked it 5 times out of the many visits to Moosilauke but its never looked like this! It was a bit slippery so really slow going down to avoid falling but so worth it! Saw maybe 10 people, had the summit to myself and enjoyed the day!
