Great vacation in Moab, Utah -- Canyonlands (Island in the Sky and the Needles) and of course Arches. We hiked a lot of interesting trails, no repeats from last year's visit -- favorite was the Gooseberry trail in Island in the Sky which had 1400 ft. of elevation in 1.5 miles and also Squaw Canyon in the Needles District with some moderate rock scrambles. We also visited Dead Horse Point State Park and the scenic Hwy 279.
