I haven't been on the ridge in over a year so it was nice to see I needed Lafayette and Lincoln for the August grid. Beautiful day to get these two peaks done for August. Parking was available but almost full at 8 AM on a Wednesday. I went clockwise so had the hike up and down to myself, just the ridge was crazy busy. The trail actually looked better than the last time I hiked this so I guess the parking ban and new signs are working. My only gripe today was that it seemed like I was the only one yielding to other hikers whether on the way up or down. I saw a lot of people just walking off trail to avoid having to yield....
