We hiked the 8.9 mile classic Franconia loop starting with the Falling Waters trail to Little Haystack then over the ridge to Mts. Lincoln and Lafayette to descend on the Old Bridle Path. Not enough ice for microspikes but just enough to keep us on our toes. Beautiful day, very little wind, best of all hiking with family made this a perfect start to Thanksgiving week in the White Mountains, NH.
