The power of waves crashing other waves or rocks creates this foam which is then push on the shore by the tempestuous wind...
The more the wind is strong, the more the waves are high and the more foam is created covering at last all the seashore... The foam contains fragments of seaweeds and soil, mini grains of sand and salt crystals...
