Nous nous étions levés à 3 heures du matin pour monter sur la colline du Tigre et assister au lever de soleil sur l’Himalaya. Un vent glacé soufflait et les nuages roulaient dans le ciel, ne laissant apercevoir deci delà que quelques fantomatiques champs de neige et un blanc pic distant.

We got up at 3 o'clock in the morning to climb the Tiger Hill and watch the sunrise over the Himalayas. An icy wind blew and the clouds rolled in the sky, leaving behind only a few ghostly snow fields and a distant white peak.
