Couleurs présentes sur de nombreux costumes bretons mais aussi couleurs du drapeau de la Bretagne appelé «Gwenn ha Du». Il se compose de neuf bandes horizontales (cinq noires et quatre blanches) d'égales largeurs, disposées alternativement. Elles représentent les neufs anciens évêchés de la Bretagne.
Le canton supérieur du drapeau (côté mât) de couleur blanche, est parsemé de mouchetures d'hermine noires sans nombre précis. Les hermines constituent l'héritage du duché de Bretagne.

Colors appearing on numerous Breton costumes but also on the Brittany flag, called «Gwenn Ha Du».
The flag consists of nine horizontal strips (five blacks and four whites) of equal widths, arranged alternately. They represent the former bishoprics of Brittany.
The upper canton of the flag (side mast) of white color, is strewed with black ermine tips (not sure of the translation) without precise number. Ermines constitute the inheritance of the duchy of Brittany.
