Riverton Trolley Park

The Riverton Trolley Park is a wonderful little park to escape the hustle and bustle of Portland. Located 10 minutes from the downtown area, it was formerly an impressive complex that in the late 1800s held a casino, amusement park and other attractions. Today it is a great place for nature walking, cross country skiing and snowshoeing.

Great photos. I just took a backside view of the Fisherman's Memorial in Cape May (I live there) I entered it in a contest they are having for Coast Day at the Lobster House Dock. I'm a do it for fun kind of picture person so I entered just to see if anyone else likes my eye on things. I like your photo too by the way. I will let you know if I win. I am going to donate the prize to the Fisherman's Memorial Fondation if I do. Have many more good days of picture taking

Dan, I am a member of the Friends of Riverton Trolley Park and we are all excited about your beautiful photographs. We are wondering if you would be interested in displaying some of your photographs at Portland Parks and Recreation's office at 17 Arbor Street (the old fire station).
